Job Summary

  • The product manager for Bank Customer Protection (Fraud Operations) will be responsible for the system built on our across the canyon platforms that guides those associates — bringing best in class process engineering and design, leveraging the right data at the right time — to help us efficiently and effectively protect our customers and the bank as we grow.
  • In addition to modernizing our operations, the product manager in this role will also partner with our GenAI teams to identify Agentic AI opportunities to bring to fruition for more efficient and automated decisioning.
