Job Summary
The Supervisor, Facilities Operations is responsible for all managerial functions for designated facilities operations employees including mechanical, electric, and building systems shops.
This position ensures the day-to-day operations, maintenance, repairs, and projects of the Medical Center facilities while prioritizing life safety compartments and regulatory compliance.
Areas and equipment are operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, requiring the supervisor to be subject to call back coverage.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3 years progressive supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
Knowledge of HVAC/R and plumbing systems
Nice-to-have
Experience in healthcare facilities maintenance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Valid motor vehicle operator's license
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three (3) years progressive supervisory experience required
