Job Summary

  • The Microelectronic Semiconductor Product Engineer will analyze wafer probe test electrical data, track/monitor program metrics (delivery & yield), investigate and resolve technical issues as part of a cross-functional team, and lead team efforts to drive cost and schedule improvements.
