Key Requirements
6 to 10 years experience in Learning & Development
Post Graduate qualification in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology or related fields preferred
Significant program management experience
Solid facilitation experience
Experience in corporate, consulting, or large-scale organizational learning environments
