Oversees and directs daily plant operations including production, maintenance, engineering support, safety, regulatory compliance, distribution and warehousing.
Directs all aspects of manufacturing operations for the plant or facility to produce cost-effective, timely and high quality products in a safe, secure and sanitary working environment.
Manages manufacturing operations across factory value streams (Fabrication, Machining, Assembly) in Off Shifts, meaning 2nd shift, and be flexible to come in 3rd shift when needed.
