The position is responsible for defining the service delivery framework, driving continuous improvements, and leading the transformation roadmap for RTR processes.

Base: $169,700.00 - $305,700.00 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Annual Bonus Potential and Discretionary LTI Bonus available; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and wellness programs included

Must-have
10 years experience in accounting leadership
3-5 years in accounting leadership roles
Global Record to Report process management
Month-end and year-end close oversight
Financial reporting accuracy and compliance
Service level agreement performance management
Nice-to-have
MBA degree preferred
Public accounting experience
Strong change leadership capabilities

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
CPA certification preferred
Experience with IFRS and GAAP standards
Leadership experience managing general ledger close processes
