Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, instrumentation, control, and analytical systems
  • Troubleshoot and isolate faults using diagnostic techniques
  • Support and maintain PLC and DCS systems
  • Demonstrate commitment to EH&S and safe work practices
  • Work on-call and overtime in a 24/7 operation

Key Requirements

  • Journeyperson Instrumentation Technician and Journeyperson Electrician (Red Seal required)
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • Industrial plant maintenance experience preferred
  • Siemens DCS/PLC systems experience preferred
  • Proficiency using SAP PM and Microsoft Office
