Job Summary
Execute the global Business Process Outsourcing and Information Technology (IT) Services roadmap by identifying demand management opportunities and implementing best-in-class commercial structures.
Manage the full lifecycle of complex Request for Proposal, Quotation, or Information (RFx) processes and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) with a focus on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Partner closely with Legal and Risk teams to manage jurisdictional and data privacy risks, ensuring all third-party engagements align with rigorous organizational compliance standards.
