Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, prepare and administer treatments, and maintain resident records including charting nurses' notes and completing accident/incident reports.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply functions, care plan and assessment functions, and budget and planning functions.
