We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations for a portfolio of clients while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements. Fresh graduates and candidates without prior payroll experience but with a positive learning attitude are welcome to apply. Job Highlights o Hands-on exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients o Structured on-the-job training provided for payroll systems and processes o Performance-based bonus and positive, supportive work environment o Opportunity to gain exposure to clients across various industries Responsibilities: o Handle the full spectrum of payroll functions for a portfolio of clients, including payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, and payroll accounting o Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of: Payroll reports to clients Salary payments to employees CPF contributions to the CPF Board Forms IR21, IR8A, and Appendices 8A and 8B NS claims and Government-Paid Leave claims (e.g., childcare, maternity and paternity) o Ensure compliance with clients’ policies and statutory requirements o Liaise with clients on payroll-related matters and queries o Assist with other ad-hoc assignments when required Requirements: o Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting or related disciplines o Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and basic Singapore income tax requirements o Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning payroll systems o Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented o Good interpersonal and communication skills o Strong team player with a positive attitude o Experience in handling payroll for large headcount companies will be an advantage o Candidates without experience but with willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
