The ideal candidate will have at least three years of revenue cycle experience and a background in training, with a focus on improving accuracy and efficiency in operations

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for assisting in the development of training curriculum and aids in the delivery of training to revenue cycle staff.
  • Additionally, this position will perform and maintain the quality assurance process for all areas of Revenue Cycle assisting both the team members and management team in achieving accuracy goals.
  • The Revenue Cycle Educator also serves as a liaison for all customers they serve to troubleshoot and resolve Revenue Cycle system issues.
