Job Summary

  • As a People Partner, you’ll partner with senior business leaders and managers to develop and deliver on our people strategy, advance our company mission and enable leaders to build high impact, healthy teams to deliver outstanding results to Stripe users.
  • This includes supporting leaders and senior managers through scale, creating an environment where Stripes of all backgrounds can thrive, aligning our business strategy with our people strategy, using data to develop best practices from 1st principles.
  • This role requires on-site presence at one of our office locations for approximately 50% of each month.
