The Security Supervisor provides oversight and supervision to the Security Sub Contractor personnel and shift leads, and is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and updating security policies, programs and procedures designed to protect the physical assets of Coliseo de Puerto Rico (CPR), and to provide a safe and secure environment for all CPR guests, tenants, employees, vendors, and contractors

Job Summary

  • The Security Supervisor provides oversight and supervision to the Security Sub Contractor personnel and shift leads, and is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and updating security policies, programs and procedures designed to protect the physical assets of Coliseo de Puerto Rico (CPR), and to provide a safe and secure environment for all CPR guests, tenants, employees, vendors, and contractors.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Position requires physical ability to move about large facilities, including walking, bending, crouching, reaching, grabbing, climbing and/or standing for prolonged periods.
