Salary

  • ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification frameworks
  • Factory and Site Acceptance Testing FAT SAT
  • Root cause analysis on systemic quality issues
  • Wind turbine climb and rescue training capability
  • Valid driver's license and US Passport eligibility

Nice-to-have

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ CQE certification
  • Supply Chain expertise with APQP or PPAP experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish language skills
  • Experience building PowerBI or Tableau dashboards
  • Prior management of Wind Solar or Battery Storage assets

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 8–10 years progressive experience in quality management within energy sectors
  • Must hold or be eligible for a US Passport
  • Ability to safely wear standard fall-protection harness up to 265lbs
