Job Summary
Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) work on construction projects.
Ensures that HVAC systems are installed per design specifications, project schedules, safety standards, and applicable codes.
Acts as a liaison between field operations, subcontractors, design teams, and project management to ensure quality and efficiency in MEP delivery.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
High School Diploma required
2+ years of experience in HVAC or MEP construction
Experience with a general contractor or large mechanical subcontractor
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Project or Primavera P6
Knowledge of mechanical codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, IMC)
