Job Summary
The Learning & Development Specialist supports administrators, organizational leaders, educators, and content experts in the development of educational activities to facilitate workplace learning for James staff.
Key functions include the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of learning solutions that align to adult learning principles and organizational strategy.
The primary work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with expansion of hours and evening/night and weekend work as necessary.
