Key Requirements
Doctoral degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field in Semiconductors
GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
Hands-on expertise on thin film materials characterizations
