Job Summary

  • In this role, you will be responsible for supporting several Latin American countries in Treasury management, including daily cash control, liquidity management, and monthly cash flow analysis, helping us impact the lives of millions worldwide.
  • This role will support the implementation of the People Organization strategy in the plant, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and legal compliance to foster a healthy work environment and support talent development.
  • You will be in charge of co-constructing the labor relations plan, maintaining local policies, executing change management, supporting regional talent strategies, and ensuring the correct execution of performance and development processes.

Key Requirements

  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • Specialization in Human Resources desirable
  • 5+ years leading HR processes
  • Experience with Office tools
  • Experience with SAP
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation
  • Intermediate-advanced English (B2)
  • 100% onsite work availability
