The primary purpose of this role is to plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department to meet residents' comprehensive needs.
The incumbent must keep abreast of current federal and state regulations while participating in facility surveys and developing plans of correction for deficiencies.
Responsibilities include developing monthly activity schedules, supervising activity staff, and assisting with discharge planning and resident assessments.
