The Sales Manager is responsible for managing channel partners and Derive Sales Growth as well as the recruitment, retention and development of direct sales talent in one of our key business geographies.
This leader will build and develop a diverse team that uniquely differentiates Pall Corporation from all competitors, providing a best in market experience for our customers.
The Sales Manager leads all funnel management, funnel development and selling activities of assigned Region sales team with a focus on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical and Mining channel markets.

Key Requirements
+10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, LNG Plants, Refineries & Petrochemicals, Mining
+3 years of experience in People Management role
Engineering and business degree, preferred chemical or process, or relevant
Bilingual Arabic and English
Experience with customers in Africa (South Africa, Nigeria, Algeria, Egypt preferred)
