Candidates are encouraged to participate in hospital activities including committees, teaching, trainings, and research as time allows.
Employment is contingent upon a successful CORI background check and clearance from the Occupational Health Department.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in behavioral health
Experience with bipolar or psychotic disorders
Proficiency in electronic medical records
Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries
Nice-to-have
Experience with CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT frameworks
Familiarity with Epic platform documentation
Willingness to participate in research and teaching
Strong interpersonal skills for multi-disciplinary teams
Key Requirements
Master's degree (MA) or higher from recognized clinical program
Previous group and individual therapy experience preferred
Successful completion of criminal background check (CORI)
