Provide world-class customer service by interacting with internal and external customers and partners regarding client invoicing, account reconciliation, collections, or customer enrollment.
Analyze client data to reconcile and resolve discrepancies or perform data entry for customer enrollment into specific benefits.
Manage assigned portfolio of client accounts, perform collections tasks, and research/respond to billing or payment inquiries.
