Job Summary

  • Lead the development and deployment of systems, behaviors, and processes that strengthen operational quality and advance our Shingo-based transformation.
  • Embed TWI Job Instruction (JI), Job Relations (JR), and Job Methods (JM) into the plant training system and ensure standard work is defined, trained, and auditable.

Key Requirements
