The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking an Assistant Volleyball Coach to assist in managing all phases of a competitive NCAA Division II women's volleyball program. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's, and have coaching experience along with a commitment to student-athlete success

Job Summary

  • Duties include assisting in the implementation and management of all phases of a competitive NCAA Division II women’s volleyball program in accordance with NCAA, Great American Conference, and University regulations.
  • The position requires coaching, recruiting, scheduling, traveling, managing budget, supervising athletes, fund-raising, promoting and monitoring academic progress of student athletes, and part-time teaching in health and physical education.
