Must-have
3+ years in chemical or petrochemical industry
5+ years experience in supply chain planning
3+ years in management or leadership position
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
Working knowledge of SAP, APO, Minitab, Tableau
Nice-to-have
APICS certification CPIM or CSCP
Experience in asset-intensive manufacturing
Exposure to integrated business planning scenarios
A2E Expert certification
Strong statistical and spreadsheet analytical skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in chemical manufacturing
Minimum 5+ years experience in supply chain or S&OP
Minimum 3+ years in a management or leadership position
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain & Logistics
