Flotation circuit operational experience
Equipment accountability and reliability
Compliance with Zambian Mining Regulations
Plant performance monitoring and reporting
Safety and environmental incident investigation
Supervisory experience in mineral processing
Operational cost control
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to analyze metallurgical and equipment data
Coaching and mentoring shift personnel
Multi-cultural work environment adaptability
Persistent and thorough work approach
Good verbal and written communication
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years flotation circuit operational experience
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing or related field
Eligibility for Engineering Institute of Zambia membership
Legal appointment under Zambian Mining Regulations
Experience in large base metals processing plants
English language fluency
