Key Requirements
15+ years enterprise/solution architecture
8+ years leading architecture for ERP/global transformation
Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar Tier-1 SaaS ERP
Proven track record designing target-state architectures
Deep understanding of enterprise systems integration
Strong experience with cloud platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
Proven success driving architectural decisions
Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
High fluency with architecture methods and modeling
Strong stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
