  • You will be responsible for the ITSM platform ServiceNow and the Configuration Management process, including expansion and further development.
  • You will define the CMDB data structure for our hybrid IT landscape, technically model it, and ensure the completeness, correctness, and up-to-dateness of existing and new data.
