Job Summary
Establish a real estate development division within an established private equity real estate firm and oversee its growth.
Identify suitable sites for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across southern Ontario and predominately the GTA, assist with acquisition, develop all project plans and proformas, assemble consultant teams, manage approvals and construction processes, and represent the firm at all municipal and stakeholder meetings.
