As a Manufacturing Engineer at Webco, you’ll be at the center of operations—working side-by-side with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to drive performance and innovation.
You will identify and eliminate inefficiencies in manufacturing processes, design and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity, and lead process improvement initiatives.
This role splits time between office and plant floor, requiring you to be hands-on in a dynamic manufacturing setting with exposure to equipment, noise, and production activity.
