Salary

Base: Precision Grinder Level I $27.38-$35.35/hr; Level II $35.16-$45.28/hr; Level III $40.10-$50.18/hr; Bonus/Equity: Some roles eligible for performance-based bonuses; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k match, education reimbursement

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Precision grinding machine operation
  • GD&T knowledge and application
  • Manual and CNC grinding skills
  • Use of micrometers and specialized gauges
  • Inspection and in-process verification
  • Mechanical aptitude in manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
