Primrosepostacute is seeking a part-time Admission Nurse (LVN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants during weekends from 2 PM to 10:30 PM. The ideal candidate will possess a current nursing license and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, ensuring quality care for residents in compliance with established regulations
Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
This role involves admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as required, and completing accident/incident reports.
The position requires the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures necessary for providing quality care.
