Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of privacy or abuse to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and preparing them for medical tests while maintaining a calm and warm environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Key Requirements
