Standout Emerging Leaders is a highly selective leadership experience designed to identify and develop the next generation of commercial leaders at Procter & Gamble.
Selected candidates will be invited to an all-expenses-paid, three-day event at P&G’s global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
High-Potential candidates will receive a summer internship offer for the following year (2027) within the commercial function they are assigned at the conclusion of the program.
