  • Strong program and project management practices
  • End-to-end finance systems understanding

  • Experience with SAS for IFRS17/IFRS9
  • Proficiency in SQL and data profiling
  • Prior insurance industry experience
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or Business/Management (MBA)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years in transformation projects
  • Minimum 5 years leading people managers
  • Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
