Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units within Prague´s Global Business Centre.
Partners with senior leaders of the assigned departments to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, performance management and succession planning.
Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
