  • Provide general administrative and clerical support while greeting and assisting patients, clients, and visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures promptly.
  • Perform a variety of duties including answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and keeping the reception area tidy.
