Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid Driver License with safe record
  • Refrigeration EPA universal license
  • Comfortable using iPad for documentation
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Experience with mechanical systems

Nice-to-have

  • CFESA Certifications or Journeyman Licenses
  • Manufacturer training certificates
  • Background in auto, plumbing, or electrical
  • Willingness to train new employees
  • Strong customer service skills

Key Requirements

  • Valid Driver License
  • EPA Universal Refrigeration License
  • At least three years related experience
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Pass background check and drug screen
