The Associate Director, ServiceNow Platform Engineering will be responsible for the Release Engineering, Operations, Testing services to be provided to ServiceNow Product Managers and their Stakeholders.
Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the health and performance of the platform and data, providing regular updates to leadership.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
MSc Degree or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
At least 1 Certified Implementation Specialist certifications across 3 areas
