Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or related field
5+ years of experience in energy management, building operations, or facilities management
Professional certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM), LEED AP, or similar credentials
Experience with commercial real estate portfolios
Knowledge of utility rate structures and energy procurement strategies
Familiarity with IoT and smart building technologies
