Provides technical nursing care to acute and chronically ill children from birth to 21 years and selected adult patients under the direction of an RN Care Manager.
Assists in the evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care of patients with minor and major cutaneous trauma, as well as orthopedic injuries under the direction of Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care Practitioners.
Engages in the 'workplace community' by functioning as a team member to support patient care and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
