Job Summary

  • The HR Generalist (US) will administer the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department of our US team including answering employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures, and processing the onboarding of new hires, personnel changes, and terminations.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, and position changes; compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
