• The Senior Manager, Fractionation Production Engineering, provides technical and strategic leadership for plasma or protein fractionation manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient separation, purification, and intermediate bulk handling operations.
• This role leads and develops a team of Senior Production Engineers and Production Engineers, driving asset performance, risk-based decision-making, and continuous improvement.
• The position partners closely with Manufacturing, MSNT/Process Sciences, Quality, Validation, Automation, and Global Engineering to deliver a reliable supply while driving robustness, yield, and process standardization.
