Job Summary
Archer is scaling production of its Midnight 1.0 aircraft while developing the next-generation Midnight 1.1 platform, and this role bridges aircraft design and production.
You will drive the manufacturing strategy for aircraft assembly and integration, serving as a technical leader responsible for defining and scaling Archer's aircraft design and production.
This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Certification teams to establish best-in-class manufacturing solutions.
