Job Summary

  • Provide hospital follow-up neurology care to patients in the outpatient clinic setting with a focus on stroke.
  • The APP will participate in the education of learners and with our operational leaders and stroke program coordinator to help support transition of care initiatives.
  • Our Atrium Health Neurology team consists of over 60 physicians and 30+ APPs across Charlotte fostering an engaged and collaborative environment.
