Key Requirements

  • Valid RN License
  • Graduate of accredited Nursing Program
  • One year patient care experience
  • Chemotherapy certification for Oncology units
  • Pass pre-screening testing with minimum 80% for specialty areas
  • Must work one major holiday and one additional holiday plus two weekend shifts
  • Must be fitted for and capable of using N95 masks and respirators
  • Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
  • 12 months acute care hospital experience for In-House Agency RN Program
  • Not currently employed by UAMS or terminated more than 180 days prior
