As a Floating Neighborhood Service Manager, you will be part of the SOS Team, responsible for floating management, leasing, and maintenance support across our residential portfolio.
Your responsibilities include hiring, training, and mentoring staff, managing budgets, overseeing safety training, capital projects, vendor management, and maintaining inventory.
