The ideal candidate will have extensive engineering management experience and be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring project success through effective resource allocation, and fostering talent development. **

Job Summary

  • Manage functional teams through program execution for products and services, covering advanced mission payloads, electronic systems, integrated aircraft, and orbital systems.
  • Ensure engineering design, documentation, and approvals meet program schedules, are obtained in a timely manner, and that engineering hours expended are productive.
  • Own and continuously improve processes and procedures, oversee training of staff, and provide technical direction as required.
