Job Summary

  • This strategic, results-driven sales leader will drive growth across multiple brand portfolios through strong negotiation, analytical capability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead a team of Sales Account Managers, Business Analysts, and Replenishment Managers to deliver against key account objectives and influence cross-functional partners across Supply Chain, Analytics, Marketing, and Category teams.
  • This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.
