The Administrative Assistant supports the Director of the Museum and coordinates division purchases and day-to-day operations.
This role serves as the primary liaison for the Friends of the History Center and OHS Board Committee, handling meeting preparation and correspondence.
The position requires managing division supplies, mail functions, scheduling meetings, and preparing various communications and reports.
